  First I want to say that the front desk and technician are wonderful. I have had wonderful experiences the past 3 times I have had an MRI over the last year. My complaint, which is enough to make me NEVER go back there is, the scheduling department. What a bunch of nasty, unhelpful people. Unfortunately you have to go through them to make an appointment and I will never call them again! The website is also inaccurate, states that they are open until 9pm and by appointment only on Saturdays... except (and what it doesn't say on the website), that's only for MRIs. If you need an X-ray, that's only until 4:30 and not at all on Saturdays, even by appointment.
