- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪100% dissatisfied! My parents have been coming to you for years and now I doubt they will return. After having some skin tags frozen off my face, they never fell off. I spoke with Elana the practitioner, and was told I could come in for a second visit with no charge. 4 months later I am now receiving a bill. I called to dispute it and was told that they waved my copay, of which I had none, but that they were not waving the procedure price. So I have now paid for a procedure twice that was not successful the first time. I would have cut my losses and not returned had I not been told it was free of charge Unbelievable that this is how patients are treated. Convenient to have selective memory.
