- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The techs at this animal hospital were absolutely phenomenal. Compassionate and caring. But if you're looking for a compassionate doctor, look else where. We took my kitten in because he had to be euthanized due to fip. We had the unfortunate luck of having Dr. Greenstein be the one to put him down. To start he didn't even introduce him self, he then proceeded to chastise us for only having 2 litter boxes for 2 cats. Our little guys belly was swollen and hurting, we knew the diagnosis but he decided to push on his belly and put him in more pain. After the procedure I said "thanks doc" and he proceeded to roll his eyes at me and walk out. It seemed as if we inconvenienced him. Bedside manners were non existent..My kitten deserved so much better then having him be the one to put him down and I regret coming here immensely.February 16, 2017by NICHOLAS Gammello
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I LOVE this place. I'm always seen with little wait time and can often come in the day I call for an appointment. They offer a pet VIP program ($150) which includes vaccines and waives the vet visit fee (normally $40) for a year. Its a great way to encourage people to bring in their pets when symptoms of illness first occur - really shows compassion. The staff are kind and knowledgeable.November 25, 2016by SithLord Ashley
